To find out which size is best for you, use the following guidelines and select the size under the product options.
Bracelets:
Use a tape measure and wrap around your wrist tightly to get a measurement. Or get a piece of string and wrap it tightly around your wrist holding it at the point the string meets at and measure the length against a ruler. Taking note of the length, use the reference guide below to find your size:
XS: 5-5.5 in / 127-140 mm
S: 5.5-6 in / 140-152 mm
M: 6-6.5 in / 152-165 mm
L: 6.5-7 in / 165-178 mm
XL: 7-7.5 in / 178-190 mm
2XL: 7.5-8 in / 190-203 mm
3XL: 8-8.5 in / 203-216 mm
4XL: 8.5-9 in / 216-229 mm
