Do you take bespoke requests?

Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We accept returns on all of our products as long as you let us know within 30 days of purchase and they are new and within their original packaging. Just email us on email@example.com to let us know. To see the full details and instructions go to our Returns Policy.
If you want to exchange a product, please just email us to know which product you would like to return so we can issue you a refund first, and then you can order the product as normal on our website.
Can I cancel or change an order once it is made?
You can email us to cancel or change an order as long as your order has not yet been shipped. If you have received an email already saying your order has been shipped, unfortunately it cannot be altered. You can instead return the item to us for a full return once you receive it. Just follow the return process as mentioned in our Shipping & Returns.
To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
We ship domestically within the UK and most other countries internationally too. The postage costs may differ though. Check the Shipping & Returns policy to see the detailed options and breakdowns.
It generally takes 1-2 days to process your order from our side. But please note the delivery times depend on the delivery service and destination, taking generally a little bit longer for international orders.

We ship from London in the United Kingdom where we are based.

How do you price your postage?
Postage prices differ depending on the destination, generally more for international and less locally in the UK. All orders over £60 qualify for free shipping. Check the Shipping & Returns page for detailed prices and options.
Do you offer tracked postage?
We can offer to have your package tracked as per the Royal Mail service. It may cost considerably more though, especially for international orders. If you would like this option or get a quote for the price, just email us at email@example.com.
